Elizabeth Brénainn

Elizabeth Brenainn writes at the intersection of psychology, science, and faith—exploring the relationship between the human mind, the body, and the presence of God.  With a background in psychology and clinical counseling, her work has been shaped by years spent supporting individuals through trauma, as well as formal study in neuroscience, biology, and human behavior.

Her academic and professional experiences have given her a grounded understanding of how the body and mind function—while also raising deeper questions about meaning, healing, and the nature of the soul. Elizabeth’s perspective is both analytical and contemplative. She approaches science with respect for its rigor and discovery, while also recognizing something beyond it—an underlying coherence that points toward intentional design.

To her, the study of the human mind and body does not diminish faith, but deepens it.She believes that modern approaches to healing often overlook the full picture of what it means to be human.   While she respects the advancements of medicine and psychological science, she also sees evidence of something more—an intelligence, an order, and a presence woven through creation itself. Her writing explores that tension and connection, holding both truth and mystery with equal weight.

Truth is not divided between science and God, but woven through both—and that understanding one often leads to a greater awareness of the other.
